Awesome experience! Live in north Florida and was looking for a particular vehicle, options, and tire/wheel combination. Matt Berry was the salesman and he delivered on everything that I asked for. He had the paperwork started, all information on hand, and first hand experience in showing me all of the trucks systems. Could not have had any better buying experience. Would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends.

Maher Chevrolet has been wonderful with my 2012 Volt! The repairs that I have had were done quickly and correctly. Mike C our rep looks after us and he's a pleasure to deal with. He always goes the extra mile in keeping us informed as to what is going on with our car. We really enjoy the Volt and hope more customers will discover the ev experience.

Firstly, I stopped by Maher without an appointment because my 2015 Suburban Chevy Link quit working. Becky in Service took time to come out and work on it. It was decided that the panel was faulty. I made an appointment. I also mentioned that once in a while it vibrated at a light. Went in and Becky took over. She was helpful, very nice and always smiling. It made my experience a very easy one. If fact I took my Corvette in yesterday for a few needed things. It happens that with the Suburban had a letter stating about the vibration and it needs some shims (I think thats what they put in) It runs great now. Thanks to Becky and the service department. Hopefully this new experience will be the same.

My recent service for my Chevy Cruz was met with the professionalism and friendliness I have come to expect from the staff at Maher Chevrolet. My service person is Tim Gerber and he is the "Go To" guy for me whenever one of my Maher cars is in need of help. He is always polite and courteous with a welcoming personality. Hope he never leaves Maher! The next staff member I need to mention is Ann who handles my service payments, helps me with rental cars when I lose my insurance ID card etc. She is an asset to the business!

I had a great experience getting my Camaro serviced @ Maher. Mike O. In the service dept. kept me informed and was very friendly. Also, 5 stars for their loaner vehicle program. Very easy and hassle free. I wasn't considering a chevy truck until I was able to drive one around for a few days. Keep up the good work.

Past experience has not taught me anything - I have never had a good experience with this dealership. Unfortunately I decided to take my car here to get new tires, they were having a deal. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze, 56,000 miles and sadly it was already time for new tires. I had no issues with the car prior to taking it in, she ran great, the engine light was NOT on. It was a Saturday, so naturally they have the car all day -- dropped off at 8:30am, they called at 3:12 to be picked up. They are so short staffed on Saturdays, it a joke. There is one service advisor there, Tim, and two ladies checking people out. I waited about 10-12 minutes until they pulled my car around, paid, go to leave and the engine light is ON. Went back inside and Tim hooked the code machine up and said it was something with the gas tank, maybe I had bad fuel or something in the tank. He calls someone in the maintenance department, and laughs off the problem saying "A Cruze, you guessed it..." Like I have a crappy car. That more angered me than anything. A valet took the car back to turn the engine light off and somehow now they say I have a cracked valve and a broken o2 sensor? What? Tim said "the light would have come on if you drove it around today, anyway" and told me to take it to who I bought it from, that it wouldn't be covered under Chevy's warranty. Now, as I was angry I looked at my receipt, and there is a diagnostic (that shouldn't have happened when I'm just there to get tires) where they check everything in your vehicle -- everything on mine came back in the GREEN, no issues. Why were they under the hood of my car? How does he know the light would have come on? Now, how did my car go into this dealership to get tires and come out with multiple problems? I really think they ruined my car, perhaps though negligence or maybe maliciousness, but the lack of help and their desire to go home on a Saturday Holiday weekend just cemented my dislike for this dealership.
