After visiting several local dealerships, having two of them run my credit for the purchase of a vehicle only to have one of them tell me I was approved and to sell the car out from under me and the other saying they couldn't finance me. I decided to call Maher where I had previously purchased two vehicle's with salesman Matt Berry 7 years ago. To my surprise Matt was still there and after a brief phone call describing my want's in a vehicle and my financial situation we scheduled a time to meet after I got off work. I arrived at the dealership test drove a few different models narrowed it down to one. When all was said and done at (9:30pm they close at 8pm) I left in my brand new Chevy Equinox. This is now the 3rd vehicle purchased from Maher with my salesman Matt and once again very please. Thank you everyone for the great work and you excellent customer service.

I have owned five Suburbans since 1987 and I have put more than 1.5 million miles on the five. I had 368K on my vehicle and decide I was due a NEW RIDE. My experience with Maher Chevrolet was excellent, most especially the assistance of Matthew Berry. I would highly reccomend Maher Chevrolet to anyone. Thanks Again

The service advisors and rental car staff's customer service is exceptional. My service advisor understood my vehicles needs and the repairs that I thought were necessary. In addition, he was quick to explain the possible charges and what was covered under warranty. My service advisor called throughout the repair process to keep me up to date on a completion timeline and the progress that was being made. My service advisor also went above and beyond to have my vehicle washed and vacuumed, while it was waiting to be picked up. The rental car staff does a great job of maintaining a variety of rental vehicle inventory. The inventory is new, clean and well equipped. On a different note, it can be confusing on which customer is waiting for which service advisor. At times, all services advisors may be with a customer and knowing who is next can lead to a longer wait and frustration. Would help if Maher would implement a queuing system for "next available" or if you are waiting on a specific service advisor.

Visit 12/27/14 We were interested in the Volt. Spoke to Val in the morning and drove to Maher from Hudson that afternoon. Val spent time describing the Volt to us it's development,and how it functions. He was enthusiastic and appeared very knowledgeable. We then chose a vehicle from several on the lot for a test drive. The ensuing paperwork and financials went quickly and smoothly. Surprisingly there were several Volts available at the advertised pricing. (not just the usual one or two) All options were explained and there was no pressure. We drove home that afternoon in our new Volt. We would recommend Maher and Val to anyone interested in a Volt or any other auto.

I love Maher. The salesman are friendly, but not too pushy. Unlike the dealership I used to deal with (different make), I don't dread going to the service dept. They are great about letting you know what will be needed not only at that visit, but at future visits. With economy the way it is, it is nice to be able to plan ahead for the things you will need to get done. Maher will continue to be my dealership !!!

From the moment I walked into Maher Chevrolet I was greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable staff, I was immediately set me up with a Sales Manager who proceeded to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I needed. Robin was not pushy and listed to what I wanted. I'm a nervous car shopper and she went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable and excellent well as the rest of the staff who were involved in the process! Thank you Maher Chevrolet!

Robin Shively was the best "salesperson" I've ever dealt with. I use the word in quotes because she didn't really feel like one, but more like a good friend I've known for years. Her knowledge, advice, and expertise on the cars was incredible, and I didn't feel pressured by her at all. Would always go back to her as long as she's there!

My experience with Maher was excellent. My salesman, Robert Poole was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and that is exactly what I got. I love my new Chevy Spark and would give my experience with Maher five stars! Joseph Alan Johnson
