I've been here for dinner a couple of times and it's always a homerun. The place is very industrial with high ceilings. The food is fresh California cuisine and international flair. Service is exceptional! I've also tried their brunch and is impressed by the selection of choices. Everything is fresh, locally grown and delicious.

We came here for their drinks before our reservation at another establishment. Super deluxe ambiance—perfect for a date night dinner. Dark wood décor. Their drinks were simply fantastic! They were unusual and had just the right amount of alcohol. I ordered the Desert Sage and my friend ordered the Freshmaker and both were excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! It doesn't get much better than Serpentine. The food is fresh and creative (but not so much so, that you don't know what you're eating). American / Californian cuisine at it's best. Seasonal salads that will knock your socks off. Oysters that burst with flavor. A classic hamburger that will take you back to your youth. All this enhanced by an array of cocktails that will lighten your mood and put a smile on your face. A truly great space...but it can get a little crowded. I suggest arriving early (like when they open) and having dinner at the bar.

Oh Serpentine... you are one of my favs. Hands down, one of my favorite places for brunch (red flannel hash, baked eggs, crispy potatoes), and now dinner. Cocktails are always fabulous. For 2 people, if you're ok with sitting at the bar, you can usually grab seats fairly quickly. For more than 2, be prepared for a wait for brunch. Recently we went for dinner. We thought dinner was fantastic. For some strange reason we were surprised by that. I think our thought process went something like... their brunch is so good, they probably put all their stock in brunch. Of course we were wrong, and so happy to be.

I got treated out to brunch/lunch here by one of my former bosses who is also a huge foodie. I like how its located in the Dog Patch, it was one of the first restaurants I tried here! I do like to think that Serpentine is one of the reasons why restaurants in the Dog Patch are becoming successful. The line here is always long, so I recommend that you make reservations in advance even though the wait is probably much shorter than other places like Ding Tai Fung in Arcadia (lol). I got the pork loin sandwich and I also got to try the burger (its on the 7x7 list if you're interested in that type of stuff!). Both humongous but delicious. The service was great, and my water was always refilled magic? Haha! Will come again :)

This is one of the hidden gems of SF's brunch scene. It's also great for lunch or dinner. What's amazing? They take reservations and the interior is super cool. Plus the food is solid. I usually get the Prather Ranch Hamburger with Gruyere. It's cooked to perfection! =]

Serpentine hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
