It is interesting that using internal arts such as Tai Chi, Yoga or Meditation can provide happiness through a feeling of inner peace.  Take a nice, slow, relaxing, deep breath and allow the thoughts of your day to flow through you effortlessly - like clouds in the sky of your mind.  You can pay attention to them when you need to.

Consider the following:  It is estimated that your fantastic brain possess more than 100 billion neurons.  It is also estimated that each neuron makes as many as 200,000 synapses.  This adds up to over 20 quadrillion synapses, which is about 20,000 times more synapses taking place in your brain than there are stars in the entire galaxy...
