Hey #Windmobile ! You are the second worst carrier in Canada, hands down. Your offshore customer service representatives may speak English, but they do not comprehend the issues being explained to them. All they are able to do is read from a list of canned replies, none of which are pertinent to the issues at hand.

I initially called because my data stick constantly disconnects from the network every few moments during peak hours (evenings and weekends); extremely frustrating. When this happens, both of my other wind phones momentarily lose their internet connectivity as well, so I am 100% positive that it is not an issue with my device. When the devices reconnect, they are always on a different gateway; BC, Alberta, Ontario, etc, as confirmed by Speedtest.net. This seems to be an issue with overly aggressive load balancing on the network, specifically with my local tower (104ave @ 152st, Surrey BC, Mounted to the Sheraton Hotel, to which I have line of sight from my home about a block away).

Point being, I would like you to fix the issue with this tower or I am going to move all 3 of my lines to another company.

PS: On my second call with your level 2 tech I had thoroughly explained the issue at hand, had been on the phone for probably a half hour answering her inane questions, when she finally asked what my home page was set to.... and I lost it. If a single person in your organization believes that an issue displayed on 3 different devices has anything at all to to with the homepage of one of those devices, then you really are doomed. Level 2 tech my ass. Oh, and your data speeds are abysmal compared to the big 3.

A value based carrier is only a value when they don't absolutely suck at everything that they do. Step your game up and stop being such a disappointment. #Wind #windmobile #windsucks #windmobilesucks #slowestandmostunreliablecarrierinthecountry

How to pet a cat: The chart

I have a very limited knowledge of cats and what they like. But I do know that there are certain places they definitely do not like to be touched. They're fickle like that. Knowing that going into the wrong zone will result in physical pain, I keep this chart handy.*

*I don't really keep this chart handy. I just laughed at it on the internet ;)

Guess I'm a little late, but I just heard that A&E cancelled "Breakout Kings".  Too bad, I thought it was the third best series on TV after Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead.

Damn, I wish they would bring back The Soprano's and The Wire so there was something worth watching on television again.

I don't currently subscribe to cable or satellite tv, and between the lack of quality programming and the obscene pricing, they're doing a really good job of keeping it that way.

Mmmm, Thai Food
reviewed:
Sabai Thai Restaurant
10391 150 Street, Surrey, BC V3R 4B1
We go to Sabai Thai a couple of times each month and the food is always excellent. Everything is extremely fresh, and their spices make the dishes come alive. The staff is very friendly, and the service is fast and proficient.

In the 100+ times we've eaten there, we've never had a single bad experience at Sabai Thai.

Just thinking about it is making me ridiculously hungry!

That's what I told them to do, but they showed me the caliper and it was cracked at the casting mark where the brake line attaches.

So they did the brakes for $560, I drive away, and the rear end is still making a grinding sound. I bring it back and the tech notices that the rear wheel moves when you push/pull on it, causing the hub to wobble, which causes things to make contact during turns. He tightened up the hub and all was quiet... for about an hour, when the noise reappeared.

Kinda at a loss at the moment. Not sure if I need a whole new hub assembly or if it's just a part of the assembly that needs replacing... or if it's whatever the hub assembly attaches to that's worn.

Gotta wait till payday on Tuesday to do anything else, just not sure what I'm gonna do yet. :(
