Another property owned by the Ramirez family, aka Ramirez Liquor & Kegs Delivery this establishment provides a mixture of not only a portion of their craft beer for sale, but also a hefty beer tap selection and wine as well. (no cocktails). I've been coming here since the opening and the staff to Kim, Caroline and the rest provide top notch friendly service that makes you feel right at home. On Tuesdays they have a stout day which from a small refrigerator they sell hard to find beers that you can consume only in store, also Wednesdays are sours so its a win win! On occasion they have food trucks on weekends to help fill your stomach of good food and great beer. As for the beer selections, I would say you're going to get about 1/3 of what you would find here vs their full stores but they definitely do keep the most popular stuff on the shelves so it does help. On occasion you'll find some rare gems from places not currently distributed to California, so expect to pay a bit higher in regards to some of these beers. Overall, thanks to Alex and the rest..I will be back..if Im not here already!

A hidden gem in Carson, this brewery seems to specialize in sours. Sours you say? Yeah, SoCal is known for its West Coast Hop IPAs but like a cycle, things begin to change and the uptrend lately is sours. In an small industrial area on main, you have a small parking lot which is shared with a trucking company I think so lots of traffic goes back n forth through this small area so be careful where you park because tons of big rig trucks come n go. But once youre inside youre greeted by a very dark, dim lit building..as your eyes attempt to adjust you see a huge tasting room with lots of room and table for social interaction and a small bar. They have a limited tap list (10 homebrews and usually 3-4 guest beers that change daily) Since this is a small and new brewery, youll see lots of their beers changed daily because of the small batches they make, which is good n bad if youre looking for one you really like. Unfortunately I cant comment on the food because Ive yet to try it but the food does look good for what they offer. They also have wine and a fridge with lots of other breweries for onsite consumption. The price range is good for what they offer. The music and ambience gives off this gloomy, vincent prince mood with a huge 102" big screen in a seperate room that plays music or the B rated horror flicks that you cant bare to watch but cant stop at looking either. And the music ranges from rockabilly to slayer to foreign metal, which is great. The staffing seems friendly for the most part. I will be coming back more as a regular!

Ive been coming here for over for a year now and I love/hate this place. lets start with the love part.. The haircuts by these guys/girls do an exceptional job in the style that this shop excels in..(the crew cut, hipster, lumber sexual haircuts) They are all super friendly, crack jokes with one another and are very cool to talk to with you. They have a mini fridge full of free beer from Coors to Pabst Blue for waiting customers. Although I've never actually gotten a beer, just one of these days I will do it! As for the hate.. Closing times..yes I have fell victim to this once and can attest that if you decide to come to this shop 30 minutes prior to closing, they have a tendency to say they are done for the day. Which is unfortunate because you push away business and money to other places to make revenue, but at the same time I guess if you're coming that close, much like food joints closing, people want to go home if they've cleaned up shop. Recently the cuts went up to $21 for some reason which I cant remember, but even still for the cut you want, that cost justifies what youre going to get in the end, a good haircut. I wouldnt recommend this place to kids because of the environment and that they state on the door they dont. Other than that, I will be back as usual..
