Mike at the pro shop is highly unprofessional. I contacted the course to reschedule our tee time due to weather, Mike completely acted like that was an inconvenience to him. After addressing his rudeness with him he responded, "I'm busy, I have a lot of calls waiting and people standing in front of me". I do not feel like this is a reason to be rude to a potential customer at such a popular course. When I asked if I could talk to the manager he said he was him then gave me a number to speak with higher management which ended up being the same 800 number I called which doesn't give the option to speak with higher management. What a joke.

"we have stayed at these cabins twice now, and it will be our place future stay anytime we are in branson. the cabins are very roomy, and loaded with everything you could possibly want. they are very clean and have nice quality furniture/applicances in them. the full kitchen is a delight. they are located right in the middle of town, but you would never know it. very quiet location! the staff is very friendly and courteous. they are a bit pricey, but completely worth it. love love love this place and it's now our new ""go-to!"""

My wife & I recently had a baby and needed a place to stay without stairs while she recovered. We stayed for 5 days in a 1 bedroom condo at Thousand Hills and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The condos were quiet and well decorated, the front desk staff was nothing but helpful (even going so far as bring some items I left at the front desk at check-in to me after we had gotten to the condo). Much better than any of the hotels in Branson for a long stay--we used the kitchen to cook our meals and just relaxed and enjoyed our new family. Highly recommended.
