Aweful food. Just disgusting. I ordered a guacamole recommended by waitress (it was bitter and tasted a bit spoiled) and an avocado bacon omelette from their gluten-free menu. It came with very bitter nearly burned potatoes cooked in some cheap old oil. But that was nothing compare to the omelet. I took one bite and almost threw up. I literally had to run to the bathroom to spit it out. For the first time in my life. I didn't want to make a big deal, but I did mentioned to the waitress that it was bad. She still charged me for it. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Please avoid.

This place has gone down hill. I was good until we were seated and I looked up at the vent (out of habit) and it was full of dust and dirt. All I could think about was it blowing dirt particles into my food. Our order was taking a while so I had time to further look around at the broken fixtures, and dirty glass surrounding the tables. At that point we wanted to get up but I felt bad because we'd already placed the order. Our food comes and I go to get salt. It was clumped in the shaker top and when I took the top off there was rust and dirt around the rim of the shaker. It's such ashame that these places don't take the time to keep their restaurants clean. I will not return.

This is a great place! I came here to chill for a little while and had guacamole and chips along with a latte. My server was Natasha and she was very helpful in providing me a gluten-free menu to look at and make sure I was well taken care of.

We have always had good service from Elizabeth. The food is excellent and a wonderful variety. I particularly liked the eggs Benedict served on a potato patty with freshly sautéed spinach and bacon, topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh fruit! The fish and chips are really good and the chicken Parmesan is delicious.

Mimi's Columbia nice service and floor manager, but the evening cook messed up my order three different visits! The same Latino Cook with an attitude who doesn't understand English! Burnt meat that was suppose to be medium rare, burnt chicken, wrong orders, etc. Several complaints and no improvement. Other places in the area have excellent Latino Cooks. This guy needs more training, but not with my food! I will never eat there again! Three strikes and you are out! This location will soon be out business if this situation is not improved!

It's been quite some time since I had dinner at Mimi's. So, I figured why not give one of my old time favorites a try this past Saturday night. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. First, it took forever for the waitress to get to our table to take our order. Second, she was inattentive throughout the entire dining experience. Finally, she had an attitude when I asked for spoons so that we could blend the cream and sugar in our coffees. While waiting for service, I looked around the restaurant and the floors were dirty and the seating areas especially near the walls and paneling needed a good dusting. Word to management - 1) please get enough staff and when you do, please train them well, 2) make sure the cooks get trained too to make sure our meals don't taste like cardboard (I ordered the salmon which wasn't very tasty) and 3) clean the restaurant from top to bottom before each day of service to the public (we deserve that much). This used to be such a good place to dine. Maybe, I'll give it another try...perhaps, breakfast. Fingers crossed!

Hostess gave us an apparently inoperative pager, and "forgot" us (sitting on bench next to her). OTOH, seated us right away when we asked about it. Waiter was attentive and courteous. Loooong wait for food that was good (not great!), overall experience middle of the road (largely due to waiter!).

Superior service. Great ambiance. Food is okay (my salmon was really dry). Coffee is just plain bad.
