At the Women's Executive Network Vancouver event last week, one panelist stated a key role of a #leader is "to absorb the stress in the room" and help others to remain calm, focused and moving forward.

The next question was (obviously), how do you relieve your own stress, particularly if you take on the stress of others. Panelists were unanimous that good leaders must make time for themselves in their day to de-stress and rejuvenate.

I have three quick question for you ... do you take time every day for yourself? If you do what do you do & why? If not, why not?
