"A reader contacted me to tell me memoirs weren't his thing, that he found them vanilla. That was until one of his family members gave him Milk-Blood because he might be able to relate to it. He told me he found Milk-Blood un-put-down-able, rivalling any novel he'd read. I set out not to only to share my life story, but to write it in a style that fits the times. For me, that connection is what it's all about.

What I most hope for in 2017? Health and happiness for my loved ones." - Adrian Simon www.theauthorpeople.com/adrian-simon

“My stories are the best of me set free into the world, messages of love I hope find homes in the hearts of others. I’m hoping 2017 brings me courage to love ever more boldly, and that the world enjoys a bit more peace than it did this year. I’ll be sending out special prayers for those trapped in Syria, and for those all those in need of a friend.”

Hello everyone! We’ve got very similar numbers to last month’s roundup and a varied selection of books. There were 19 reviews of 17 books by 16 authors. The book with three reviews this month is The Birdman’s Wife by Melissa Ashley that I highlighted last…
