"Mike, this is a note for files on Jose, who just left my home. I am so impressed with his work and the manner in which he helped me understand all that was done on my a/c. He also helped me with my kitchen window that did not fit properly in the window frame." - Thank you Julia!!

Identifying if your pool has a leak can save you money if caught early enough.  Watch the video below to see how you can easily identify a leak.

Energy Tip:  Check your filter every month, especially during heavy use months (like this summer!). If the filter looks dirty after a month, change it. At a minimum, change the filter every 3 months. A dirty filter will slow down air flow and make the system work harder to keep you warm or cool — wasting energy. A clean filter will also prevent dust and dirt from building up in the system — leading to expensive maintenance and/or early system failure.

We won’t try to solve all your cooling and heating problems by simply installing a bigger, high-efficiency air conditioner unit. Our approach takes on the entire structure. We look for things like improperly installed insulation or duct work that was not properly sealed or designed. Let us help create a more comfortable living environment for you and your family.
