The Menu
Pear and Green Apple Salad with Goat Cheese, Honey and Balsamic Reduction
Prosecco DOC
Soft bubbles at the palate, light yellow color, fresh and harmonious taste. The fine and soft bubbles of this wine perfectly match with the delicacy of this appetizer.

Seared Fresh Sea Scallops with a Mango Pineapple Coulis
Ribolla Giolla
It's an old indigenous and typical wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, whose main features are its dryness and intense aromas. The dryness of Ribolla Gialla cleans the mouth and therefore enhance the taste of the fish.

or
Scaloppini or Pollo with Chopped Artichokes in a Truffle Oil and White Wine Sauce
Grion
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Perfect balance of flavors and aromas. Its best quality is elegance and can be paired both with meat and fish.

Chilled Pear Tart
Recioto
Valentina Cubi Recioto Valpolicella (Veneto): made from organically grown grapes. Perfect balance of sweetness and freshness with notes of chocolate. Meditation wine that can be enjoyed on its own but that also perfectly match with desserts.
