March 24, 2016 a Double Celebration day for Pacific Palisades !!
In the morning: the Caruso Project, a commercial & community project in the central Palisades Village received raving approval by local Councilman Mike Bonin in its hearing before the LA Planning Commission.

In the evening: Palisades business owners celebrated the new Honorary Mayor of Pacific Palisades. The new mayor is the well-known actor & comedian Kevin Nealon. In the audience were former Honorary Mayors Jake Seinfeld, & Sugar Ray Leonard. They both brought so much energy to the Palisades.
