Westland Insurance would like to welcome John Russell as the new Vice- President of Claims effective April 4, 2016.
John brings a wealth of Insurance and Claims knowledge to the organization having spent the past 25 years working in various leadership roles in the insurance industry. John held the Vice-President role of the Strata Division in his most recent position with Hub International and previously with Aviva Insurance as the Assistant Vice-President of Claims. He brings in-depth experience in claims from working on Implementation of the ClaimCenter claims handling platform, leading and mentoring Property, Casualty and Warranty claims teams and implementation of “Best Practices” initiative. John is passionate about claims and is excited to join the Westland team
In this position, John will be responsible for the development and oversight of our claims strategy, ensuring Westland is well positioned for continued growth and expansion.
