Great spot for happy hour. Happy hour is 5-7pm everyday, the have both food and drink specials. Food is in the $6-9 range and drinks are $3-7. I enjoyed everything I tried. Easy parking on the street 2 blocks away!

The cider glazed wings are to die for and nobody does grilled cheese like this west of the big apple. as a recent NY transplant i must say that east coast edge meets west coast cool at the Corner Door. fantastic beer selection won't let me even get to the drinks list yet - but i will try again until i do.

Came in for the Sunday night Burger R&D special (Burger, beer or cocktail, $15) and it was great. The burger of the week was lovely, and the service was great. Waiter was downright apologetic that the beer I wanted was a $2 upcharge since it wasn't part of the special, which is way better than either, "You can't have that" or "That'll be $22.50." Atmosphere wasn't overly busy on a moderately slow night, but the space is nice and the cocktails were great. Don't park on those little streets perpendicular to Washington Blvd/Pl. They're permit only.

Enjoyed the food with the exception of a sharp piece of plastic we found in the Brussel sprouts. Our waitress made good on that with free dessert but still not a good sign. May give this place one more try but there are other good gastro pubs on the Westside....

Really, truly loud. The service is nice, but inattentive, and the food is ambitious, but just okay. We had a spicy corn side, and the server warned us that it was quite hot. What we got was some steamed corn with a dusting of what looked to be paprika. It wasn't so hot. We think that the restaurant does have potential, and we will give it another try.
