These are Cubeb (Piper cubeba) from the pepper family. They're also called Tailed Pepper for obvious reasons..

This is an Ancho Choli powder. Ideal if you prefer a milder chili mix.

These are Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta) - They are a member of the ginger family and are native to West Africa.

They are used throughout West and North Africa and have a peppery citrus flavour.

I like to use them when making Ras el Hanout.

This pretty spice is annatto seeds harvested from the achiote tree in tropical countries. I used them to make a Jamaican jerk seasoning.
