Perfect. It is always nice to be able to concentrate on the prayers without shuffling through a book, letting the words wash over and through you for the heart to join.

Regarding Rabbit Poops: Cecotropes serve two purposes. They contain the b-vitamins in a form that is easy to absorb after consumption.  They are formed in the cecum, not the stomach. Once they are eaten, the stomach can process them properly.  They also contain a massive culture of the type of bacteria needed for their whole digestive system to work. They cannot keep these colonies alive the way our bodies keep our digestive bacterial colonies alive, so they must be reinoculated into their systems. Cecotropes are covered in a mucous that protects these colonies through the very acidic stomach, so that they can recolonize in the lower gut where they do their "dirty" work. Rabbits find these quite tasty.  In fact, my dogs find them quite tasty, too. If your bunny is making too many cecotropes to eat, cut back on the greens.
On a rare occasion, a rabbit will nibble on it's own doot, though. No harm done there. But I suspect the "doot" this dutchie baby at was probably a bit of granola, just so she could make a point. It is very difficult to catch a rabbit eating their own cecotropes , as they eat them right out of the chute.
Very cute video. Made my morning!

My regret is that I cannot hit the EXCELLENT button but once. I love Dr. Rosier and the staff is caring. You can tell how much they all love animals. Dr. R is a very rabbit-savvy vet, and he is so gentle with my little bunny boy baby. I never feel rushed and am treated like a friend by everyone there at the clinic. They understand how attached I am to my rabbits and I feel that they hold all animals to equal dignity and value, from bunnies to dogs, possums to cats. That is EXTREMELY important to me as an animal lover.

My seven week old baby girl chihuahua was bitten on the head by our big lab and her head trauma was severe. Without Neel Vet, she would not be alive today. They were very upfront about the cost and did work with me to pay the bill, which was about 350 dollars give or take. She was sent home with meds after 24 hours in ICU. She needed a lot of love and care at home, and was in extreme pain even with the medicine, but she needed her momma (me) to hold her and pray over through the next night at home. Yes, they are fantastic in an emergency situations, but they are a super busy clinic at any time of the day, and I did not feel the same bonding with their techs and staff that a smaller, non-emergency clinic provides. It is very hectic and there are so many dogs in the lobby just barking away. It can be fun to watch all the dogs being dogs and interacting, but my little girl chi was just very terrified of all the big dogs. But there is NO ONE better than Neel Vet in a crisis situation! They are definitely top dog for all emergencies!
