Aromatherapy baths are such a simple, luxurious way to use essential oils. All you have to do is add your essential oils to some bath salt and jojoba and add them to your bath water. This blend is enough for two baths.

If you’ve never used Trauma Oil, I think you’re going to love it for pain relief. It’s an infusion of three herbs in a carrier oil (usually olive oil): arnica, St. John’s wort, and calendula. It’s very healing even without essential oils added.

You can also add the essential oils to a carrier called kombo butter (instead of Trauma Oil), which is known for easing joint pain all by itself. It makes an excellent base for pain relief blends. And by the way . . . a few great oils for immunity are Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), and Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia).
