Basking in the sun, party, plenty of eating and lots of drinking best describe the past few days. Mad little holiday for my brother's stag!

I know I always preach a balanced lifestyle and you should enjoy everything in moderation but there are times when priorities change and you just have to go with the flow. If that means completely letting lose and not training for a few days at a time, then so be it. Enjoy the moment, then you'll bounce back stronger.

I may be severely sleep deprived, dehydrated and feeling extremely sluggish but I am confident this getaway has done me good in the long run and wouldn't have wanted to miss it or do it any differently!

Back on the grind. Today feels so much like a Monday. No doubt everyone's going to be benching. National chest day just got moved! 😡 Hopefully people can now hit legs every Monday and postpone chest to Tuesday! πŸ‘

#WayBackWednesday to June last year. Hopped back on the Boditrax this morning (yes, I only do it once a month) and to my disappointment, I've not gotten any leaner since last month. In fact, nothing has changed. Simply maintained. Perhaps I have had one too many uncontrolled refeeds πŸ™ˆ - so what do I do now?.. Well, one thing is for sure. And that is that I am not going to allow that to demotivate me and turn to food for comfort. I will do the opposite! 😈 Give myself a kick in the butt and get focused again. Stay tuned guys, great things to come! This year's shred updates will start coming in soon! πŸ’ͺ🏽

Currently updating my Google+ profile and was uploading the pics from BNBF last year. Oh man do they bring back some memories! Would have loved to get back on stage this year. . . But getting leaner and leaner by the day so who knows, maybe I might! 😜
