Great service we didn't like the queso and they gave us a free dessert in exchange! The waitress and manager were wonderful.

We stopped on our way home from a weekend bike trip. The best part about our visit was our waitress, Jennifer M. She was so pleasurable, she couldn't do enough for us. You can tell she likes her job & she likes people. Thanks again Jennifer we had a nice dining experience. Bikers from RI

Food very unsatisfactory. Tried it because it was right near my house and I wish I just stopped at BK instead. Manager was a delight though and invited us to try the food in house on him. The service was the ONLY good thing in the restaurant.

Got the quesadilla. Tiny portions. Not even close to full, but it did taste very good.

AS A PALEO, GOOD SALAD AND SURPRISINGLY GOOD PLAIN SHORT RIBS As someone who tends to eat strictly Paleo, I am always skeptical of going out to eat, as it is often hard to find sufficient meals. Surprisingly though, I recently went with my husband there to check out their iconic salad bar (we've only been once or twice in the past). I ended up getting a full rack of their short ribs without any sauce (which they add towards the very end of the cooking process depending on the request of the customer). Only adding a little salt at the dinner table, these were some of the best, juiciest, meaty pork short ribs I had ever tasted in my entire life. The meat was falling off the bones! I honestly ate more than I should have, but I finished my entire plate, it was that good. It was a good enough experience that I'd like to go back again. Maybe they have some other Paleo-friendly dishes that will be good as well.

I decided to take my sister to Ruby Tuesdays with my boyfriend. When we walked in we were greeted and it took a while to be seated-the hostess was too busy chit-chatting with one of the waitresses "aimee". When seated she took our orders and we went up to the salad bar. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our drinks never came even though i saw her cleaning other tables and helping the one other table in the restaurant. Needless to say, i spoke to the hostess and finally five minutes later we got our two sodas and one water, which i asked for lemon and did not receive. Overall good food, as always, the service was abysmal. I will not be returning to the nashua ruby's, i'll stick to my one at holyoke mall. Awful service.

Typical Ruby Tuesday food quality. The thing that sets the location apart from the rest is the service. Very friendly staff. There were no issues with the food but the manager stopped by several times to make sure our every need was met.
