Just sad, very small park only has 3 slide rides not including the kids slide, the wave pool was couldy and was dirty we saw a roach floating next to us. The park is cash only. the girl in the gift shop with a nose ring looks at you like you are annoying her. No shade at the park and very expensive. Single tube is $6 double is $8 very expensive for a dang tube! This park is very small and surrounded by a waste land junk yard I will never be going again!

As the only water park in a hot Arizona Metro of 1 Million, Breakers is sad. They only have a handful of small slides, a kiddie pool, and a weak wave pool. Food, and drink is overpriced. You have to rent inner tubes. Water Fountains were broken (Read: Bring your own water, or be prepared to fork over $3 for a 20oz bottle). There's only some shade trees near the entrance. The park makes no attempt for any kind of theme or culture. The employees are entirely unenthusiastic. There are some good things about this park. The few slides they have will keep kids entertained just fine, and the water is clean. It's good for the family of younger children that can't afford the time or money to visit someplace in Phoenix.

Captain Kidd's Surfari was perfect for my two little nieces 4 and 7. They were not quite ready to go on the big slides yet. They did however like the Surfari Bubbles but could not really stay in too long. It was really a great workout. We loved the waves and it felt like we were really at the beach. Kids were sure tired when we got home. We were all glad that we took the drive to Breakers. Aunt Lisa was a hero!

Just a disappointment. Service is poor. For a family of four you can expect to to spend $140 being cheap. You can not bring anything into the park but water. Chairs are scarce as well as shade causing the people to fight over it. Nicest person there is the bartender. Bathrooms are grimy and smell of urine.

We had a lot of fun here. I don't know why others say it is not good. My family had a good time in the wave pool and going down the slides. It's not a sixflags but it sure beats the heat and it's the best thing around here to have fun in the water. Fair price and the food we ate there was surprisingly good!
