I've purchased 3 BMWs from Stevens Creek. No issues with the salesperson Tam. The usual negotiation, but nothing any more of a process than anywhere else. No delays for service appointments or recall events and no issues getting loaners. The 2010 has had some mechanical problems, but it's not the dealer's fault. All taken care of. Some items I'm expected to pay, but not the end of the world. Audi's have problems too. If you dont like the price of a Service I, then don't go there. Go to Los Gatos Autocare near Double D's instead. Stevens Creek may be twice the price, but Audi or Mercedes are just as expensive, and they all charge crazy annoying prices for programming keys and so on. I would buy another car there.

Terrific service as long as you understand how it works. Access to the IPO priced stock is awesome as it is difficult or impossible to do on your own, even if it is limited to a few thousand dollars. However, selling the shares is more restricted that with usual services like Fidelity or Schwab. Loyal3 sells your shares in a block with others at the "market" price of an unknown time near 11amPST. There are no limit sales or other restrictions. So when you sell, you're taking a chance on what price you get. If it is a low volume stock, a block trade could lower the price by 5%. It's still a great way to make money on an IPO if you think the stock will go up in the first few days and you dont mind having less control on the sale. I've done it 3 times and it paid off each time for a profit of about $500 each time. Still fun and still recommended.

This is the best deli in the US. Great food. Price? I dont even remember, but I'll definitely go back. You what they say. You can't take it with you, so you might as well get as much take out as you can!

I have been taking my Volvo and BMW to Pheung and Phil for over 10 years, and highly recommend them. There are several specific advantages: 1) They are very honest and only do the repairs you need. They have my complete trust, and have turned down opportunities for me to have work done. 2) They allow you to bring your own parts if you wish - a huge difference that can save you a fortune. For example, a failed compressor for a Volvo. A "remanufactured" Volvo one from Volvo costs $800 and they charge $600 to install. I found the actual manufacturer in Sweden via google sells it as an OEM for $400 with shipping and Phil installed it for $300. So better answer and cost less. This is the perfect place if you like to buy the best aftermarket parts from Siemens, Bosch (etc) that are the sources of the actual parts the car companies use - just without the sticker. A Camshaft Position Sensor from Bosch. $43. From BMW - $100. It saves your thousands over the year. 3) The key: Be the first one there in the morning on a Saturday. Drop off the car. Go to the Apple store or for a coffee etc, and come back 2 hours later, and you're car is usually done. I've seen every car type you can imagine here. It's interesting that the owners always look like they can afford to go to the dealer, but go here because of the outstanding value. 4) Pheong (Fong) and Phil are the nicest guys you'll ever meet. How many mechanics do you know that get a holiday card. They get one from me.
