I was hesitant to go here after reading that they did not treat Groupon customers very well, but I decided to go anyway. I found that this place has very good customer service and they didn't treat me any different even though I had a Groupon. Ask for Nadia, she's awesome!

I was treated like crap and the excuse from the owner is that I bought a package out of Groupon and they are not making money out of Groupon buyers. Horrible customer service.

I feel the spa does not really "treat" the Groupon buyers. I've heard the owner say they make no money off the Groupon buyers, and how it's not worth it for them because many Groupon buyers dont end up being return customers. Not exactly a welcoming speech imo. After that everytime I've been in, I almost feel bad for being there. One time, I had my 2 year old with me waiting at the reception and was asked by the owner to leave because she was apparently "loud" and her voice might carry to the massage rooms. She wasn't above normal voice level. So I waited in my car with her. When I went in for my session, there was a very dissatisfied customer screaming for a good 15 mins or so. The sessions are definitely rushed because all 6 areas need to be done in half hour. And eventhough it is an "unlimited" deal for a year, your sessions are "forfeited" if you miss it. That doesn't quite make sense to me, if you are marketing it as unlimited, but you get what you pay for. Oh, one more thing, I was under the assumption that the one year deal starts from the time you activate the deal, but apparently your one year starts from the day you buy it. I thought that was odd too. I'm always looking for a relaxing day at a spa, but would not pick this place. They need to work on their customer service.

Guys, this place is one of the worst places I have ever been to. My friend is a client there and I was interested in starting Hair removal there as well. But after that day? NO THANKS! first of all, the place looks dirty, I wonder who cleans that place. yuk. The lady that was sitting in the front desk seemed to be the owner. All I can say: VERY unfriendly. I was waiting in the front for my friend, so I could see what was going on. The owner is really unfriendly to the callers and seems not to care at all. the whole time I was waiting there, there was no other clients inside the rooms or coming for an appointment. Not surprised why. The place is dark and cold. Looks like the owner tries to save as much as she can. Not very inviting though. There wasn't even music playing. Boooooooring!

Not sure where this review came from. ? It's not accurate at all. We wait on over 40 clients a day here, and we're very busy. We have cleaners, and we have music playing throughout the spa at all times. Our lightning was just replaced with a new LED lighting system, with lovely pink lighting, slightly darker than the old brutal lights of old days........

I have no bad customer service experience at this place for the whole year I have been going in this place. Sally and Nadia is always good and has a smile for their customer and also prompt. They also made me feel comfortable with the service they have provided. I agree to some comments though that there were times (not all the time) that you feel the service is a bit rushed. Nothing is perfect and I think I got my money's worth.

Had an excellent experience at this place, I am raving about it to all of my friends! I would just like to express my greatest gratitude towards the amazing day you guys gave myself and my husband! First starting off with the Hot Stone Massage, which was done by very experienced therapists, followed by a relaxing mudwrap (will never forget how cool that is), and then a manicure and pedicure plus a spa lunch to blow it out of the water! I seriously had one of the best days of my life here, and will be back right after my vacation. I love coming here, and would strongly recommend it to anybody. This place is always PACKED, and I can see why! :)

Bought a groupon deal for laser hair removal. The technician rushes through my sessions. VERY POOR JOB but she is friendly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Waste of money. I don't even feel the heat from the SOPRANO LASER. Its been 6 session and my hair has not yet shed but has grown back at a slower pace. I'm currently getting soprano laser treatment at another place and I DO FEEL the heat from the laser. I see immediate results. Hair is alot finer. Cannot say the same about LIGHTTOUCH.

First of all a bought a groupon and when I went to book my appoitnment they refused to hounour the details on the groupon and I ended up paying an extra to get everything I wanted done. Now when I went and got the laser hair removal done and although the staff was very friendly. The room was cold and the technician reused the gel by scrapping it off one party of my body and applying it to another. Yuk! So gross.... How much can gel cost that you have to reuse it! Also there is a jar that is basically pressuring you to leave a tip. And when it was all done I was given the same towel they used for wiping off excess gel they could not scrap to reuse . She wet it with cold water and gave it to me..... I was left with the definite decision that when I come for my next session I will have to bring my own wipes or paper to clean myself. I felt really dirty when I left there and could not wait to go home and shower....I really question how clean the towel was I had to put on or if it was used by someone else... Also the bathroom was dirty and the wicker basket where you put your towel once you dry your hands had mould in it!!! I bought a package so am pretty much stuck but I won' t be booking any further services there. I wonder now if they sanitize thier laser after using it on different people.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Most of our clients rate us very highly, and in fact, we've serviced thousands of clients over the years, with minimal complaints and many raves and fans. We use gel and do reuse it on the body Not to keep costs down but to keep your comfort level as high as possible Gel warms when on the body and most people prefer we reuse the gel on various parts of the body as required. After treatment, gel is first removed with a wooden gel remover tool, and than a fresh clean towel is used to remove any excess gel. All the towels in the bathroom are cleaned after each client use, and the wicker basket, has no mould in it. The laser is sanitized with disinfectant which is hospital grade. Our accomadations and staff are first class, especially when compared to most of the clinics who are currently selling the groupon coupons.
