It's a pure joke. The pathetic recyclers/scammers sell their rubbish as really fortune. Wake up from the big dream of NYC, kids.

If you are in the market for unique and quirky antiques and knickknacks, the Williamsburg flea market is the place for you. Taking place in the East River park on Sundays, the same place is occupied by the Smorgasburg on Saturdays. A wonderful way to spend a morning before exploring the area or to chill out after a late Saturday night by wandering through all the wares. Prices are a bit high, but some of the items are truly unique. When you get tired of the shopping, take a break on one of the park's benches or on the grass and enjoy the view of midtown.

Fascinating flea market, with all manner of vintage knick-knacks and curiosities from collections of pencil sharpeners to screen-printing blocks from Pakistan. I loved the woman doing live Japanese ink painting on T shirts, which were available to buy immediately. Also, check out a great view of the Manhattan skyline!

This was an authentic place to visit and explore. Whether it be antiques, retro clothing, artistic photographs, cards, or natural antibacterial spray, Brooklyn Flea is an adventure. They are open fairly early and think that it can be compared to Alice going to a Wonderland. Go on an adventure and check it out!

Life doesn't get better than this. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this magical place? This is the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Local vendors showcasing their soulful, imaginative, and well prepared foods. Where else on Earth can you chow down on great local food with the East River and Manhattan skyline in front of you? From here on out, I will give you the best route to enjoy yourself. First, make your way over to Blue Bottle Coffee. It's Saturday. You're a New Yorker. Let's be real. You're hungover. This is the best coffee to pick you up. Second, make your way over to Mighty Quinn's and get the brisket sandwich. Delicious brisket and perfect sauce. Think of it as an excessively awesome amuse-bouche. Next, make your way over to Bon Chovie and have the delicious fried anchovies. Don't ask questions. Don't shake your head, just do it. Third, make your way to Shorty Tang and Sons and get the noodles. Yum. Finally, make sure you get to Meat hook for the hot dog smothered with chipped brisket and slaw. For dessert, go with a popsicle from People's Pops, a milkshake from MILK truck, or a slushie from Kelvin's. Or get all three! Diabetes has gotten a bad rep. After you're done eating, head over the Anarchy in a Jar and pick up some deliciously homemade marmalades for your home. Pick up some of the spicy sauce from Spicy N' Sweet as well. Now, enjoy the food coma and take a nap. And then do it all again the next Saturday. Honorable mentions: The Red Hook Lobster Pound Lobster Roll and Banh Mi hotdog from Asia Dog. Delicious!
