I may be a little biased here, but the words on your website are important. The words must make it easy for your target market to find your site and give them the information they are looking for. But there are other types of content.

Yesterday, I was doing some research for a story. I landed on several websites and I couldn't figure out what the company actually did. The copy read, "Blah, blah, blah, solutions, blah, blah, blah, innovative, blah, blah, blah, latest technology." Why didn't they just talk to me?
