The only thing this place has going for it, is friendly staff. My grandmother loves this place and always takes the whole fam there. Sadly the food isn't so great, and prices are miles above the quality. Shrimp salad tastes like someone pulled it out of a dumpster, and the pizza is garbage that a middle school wouldn't even serve to the kids. Last time I tagged along to a family event here, we waited for and hour and a half for our food to come out nice and cold. Seriously, for the love of god do not eat here. This place is awful, save yourself the money for how much it costs and go somewhere good. Maybe they were good back in the day, but some traditions should die. The only thing edible here is their bread w/ ranch dressing. However, in one of the many times I've been here with grandma and fam I found hair baked into in my bread, so never having that again. Not even Gordon Ramsey could redeem this hell hole. (poor to fair on service because of long waits, good would be a lie despite of friendly staff).

Hello friend. I am giving Robintino's a five star rating because of the great pizza, salad and pasta items. The pizza is made with a unique variety of cheese(s), great sauce (full of herbs) and a delightful crust. The salad bar is better than any that I have ever had (certainly better than the awful salad bar at the sizzler). Fresh cheese, thick cucumbers, crisp lettuce, flavorful onions and farm fresh beets just to name a few of the splendid items. The lasagna is dripping with flavorful sauce and yellow cheese. The pasta is never hard but always fresh, filled with the flavor of Tuscany. I'm not exaggerating when I say that if you order the lasagna here, IT WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH. As far as the comment made by "Logistics Manager," I agree that his party should have been given the "cup of sauce" for FREE. This has never happened to me but (are you listening Robintino's staff) if this ever happened to me, I would NOT return either. Please work on your customer service skills Robintino's, whats the point of saving $1.79 if you lose nine customers. What you did with "Logistics Manager" and his party of nine was stupid especially since his party of nine will tell their friends (probably totaling a hundred people) and you will lose these prospective customers as well. All this lost business just for the want of saving $1.79 for sauce that originally cost you .50 cents. Enough said. The atmosphere at Robintino's is pleasant, inviting and tasteful (just enough decor to remind you that your meal will be much the same). This is a great place to dine if you like authentic Italian pizza, pasta, and salad, accompanied by a faithful, Italian loving senior citizen crowd.

We had heard such great things, but the food was bad, service wasn't good and atmosphere was totally unimpressive. Won't be going back. Too bad, we wanted to like it.
