I was a bit intimidated when I first walked in, but I guess that's the junkyard culture. Was a great experience once employees warmed up to me. Huge selection that churns rapidly so if you don't find what you're looking for one day, come back in a few days. Try to get in as early as possible for the best selection.

Well structured inventory database and system. Way more organized than the junk yards back home on the east coast. Prices are firm, but definitely fair. Also, cleaner and doesn't stink as bad as some junk yards. Will go back again for parts in the future.

Always busy, never overly friendly staff but not rude. Their selection is deep very deep with many of the same vehicles that are common. Lots of front well drive GMs, Fords and a little low on foreign vehicles and trucks.

I love this place and have never had a problem. I have always found most fo the parts I was looking for. I see so many bad reviews that are so vague on this feedback there is no way for a business to correct for specific things. How many places do you see that the owner is actually reading reviews reaching out to those customers to make something better? Who ever the owner of this place is, is doing a wonderful job trying to work to resolve issues. I AM MORE THAN IMPRESSED>>>BRAVO!!!!

Sold them a vehicle damaged in an accident. Process was very quick and easy. Vehicle was picked up on the same day that I called. Tow truck driver arrived 10 minutes before the agreed upon time. I forgot a garage door opener in the vehicle I sold, and the staff was very helpful in allowing me to retrieve it from the vehicle.

I have been here many times... have salvaged three engines and one is in my car right now. Almost always find the parts I am looking for at very good prices. Its not an Auto Zone, "Dylan" (thank God) -get out there & look for your parts! I don't know about Mr. One star because the staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks to them, I have saved a ton of money. Thanks, guys!

Good luck getting anyone off their seat to help you with something when you call, they're too busy answering "1500" calls a day, just to tell the next caller they know nothing and you have to drive down there to find out. This includes management. You may have a chance if you say you're from out of town though, white lie may work here, because as far as local customers go, you're not as valuable. Typical customer service these days, doesn't exist.

Unfortunately, since we are self-serve, we do not inventory parts. However, we can provide vehicle inventory as well as parts cross-referencing over the phone.
