Street-Scape is a contextual visualisation of an urban environment. The walking direction of people in the street is plotted in one direction on the 5 minute timeline to make their relative distances between each other more apparent. The visualisations are rendered in a way that produces people walking 5km/h (average walking speed) with original proportions, everyone moving faster thinner and everyone slower respectively wider". Take a look to this interesting making off by Jaak Kaevats.

While theatre and fiction confront the real world, art fairs like London's Frieze are a symbol of society's grotesque inequalities. Next week is known in the art world as Frieze week. In London, art openings will abound, in the grand public museums and in the commercial sphere. The super-rich of the world will fly in and alight on the London art world like so many exotic butterflies.

Francesco Lo Castro

Through his art, Castro explores profound issues and concepts that analyse the intersections of social and cultural identities in each one of his pieces. Through their geometric abstraction, alive with colour and movement, they are representations of issues that deeply affect individual identity.
