Yeah if the YouTube Android app didn't always discard any data that has been buffered when leaving the app (lock the screen, phone call coming in, quickly text back), I wouldn't see the spinner at all.
+Google Maps Seriously, it prefers going 10 km to the highway, driving on it for 2 and driving another 10 to the destination rather than just staying the fuck off the highway. And with new Google Navigation there's no way you can prevent that. (At least not when navigation has already started)
Just landed in master: Battery monitor keyboard navigation support. For all those of you using a shortcut to glance at your battery information. When the popup opens, the brightness slider has focus, so you can adjust brightness using arrow keys, tab enables you to cycle through the sliders, powermanagement toggle and batteries whose details you can also expand and collapse. No pic, as this is not something you can normally see :-P
When I try to log into my Google account, I always get an "Page cannot be displayed error". I guess I should install the update for 128 bit encryption for my Internet Explorer 5.5. But on most pages it just refuses to load because the "Script is too large to be executed". I guess, the 64 MB Windows 3.11 can use, is just not enough :-(
In new +Google Maps how can I add custom markers (ie stars to the map)? I used to be able to long-press an arbitrary point on the map and mark it, now all I can do is share the shit out of it and the link I share says "No results found". Comeon, Google, stop making awesome services sucking.
