My first time here was with my then boyfriend. I Love breakfast food, mainly because I have more choices since i am a Vegetarian. We waited a good 20 minutes or so before we were seated. I was happy though cause we were placed right next to the window- it felt really cozy even though it really was just packed with people. I did however enjoyed everything that was served, blueberry pancakes and nice glass of OJ ! Sitting right next to us was the Professor from the TV show "Community" so i was distracted by that for awhile!! overall i wouldnt mind coming back !

Marston's is the one of a kind type of restaurant you usually see while traveling on an open highway. It is very charming and the staff reminds me of southern hospitality. Being a creature of habit, I usually order their chili. The chilI is REALLY REALLY good. Even when I go for breakfast, I ask the waitstaff if they will do me a favor and ask the chef for chili. Usually they are able to do it without question. If I am feeling spontaneous, I ask for French fries. A few years ago, I frequented this restaurant so often that the waitstaff only asked me if I wanted my 'usual'. Many people like their French toast and morning potatoes. During the weekends, there is usually a 20 minute wait for a table. If you have a flexible morning schedule, try going on a Tuesday or Wednesday. They do not serve dinner

What can I say about this establishment? Marston's office just about everything you would help for from a breakfast joint. It's cozy and intimate, the staff is attentive, the coffee is delicious, and their breakfast really can't be beat. The range of their offerings is really quite impressive. Skip the standard fare such as oatmeal or cereal, and go for something you probably wouldn't cook at home . You won't be let down.

I ran across this place on a road trip stop in Pasadena when I stayed at the Westin. I had the California omelette and I loved my meal. The services was great, the food came out quick and the waitress were attentive even though it was a packed house. I would recommend for a nice breakfast or brunch spot, I only wished I had also gotten the French toast it looked amazing.

I had the Grilled Chicken and Red Pepper Ciabatta sandwich with pesto mayonnaise. It was delicious. Big portion for the the price was not bad. Cute little bungalow restaurant on Walnut Street. Will come back for their famous breakfast meals.

I LOVE this restaurant, lunches are a bit busier but definitely worth the wait. They have the greatest salads here as well as some pretty fantastic soups/specials. My favorites are their: California Orange Salad which is loaded with goodies AND comes with yummy popovers. They also have a great breakfast menu with fantastic french toast dipped in corn flakes and killer omelettes. One of the best restaurants in Pasadena! Definitely recommend it!
