Today is “Tulsi Vivah”,

Day… Lord Krishna married the plant Tulsi.
Most auspicious day of Hindu calendar when marriage is possible without mahurat.

Radha disapproving her Lord Krishna’s attachment to Tulsi and cursed her to become a plant. Angry Krishna declared he’ll not accept any food/ beverage without Tulsi leaves. He promised he’ll visit earth once a year and marry her; & hence Tulsi Vivah is celebrated on this earth.

http://thesvas.com/2013/10/the-way-of-acceptance/

Love & joy is freedom. There is infinitism. There are no rights and duties. If there are than it is bondage. Expecting other’s to experience the love & joy as same or in similarity is not possible and is a forcefulness and limitation and so a bondage. We may behave in certain way but it’s because we like to behave in that way and that’s freedom but expecting other’s to behave in same way is forcefulness.

We should be accepted in the way we are and accept other’s the way they are.

http://thesvas.com/2013/10/life-weavers-yarns/

A weaver cherry-picks each yarn, which makes up a well woven, intricate and beautiful patterned carpet. Once the pattern is set in the weaver’s vision, a number of weavers join in to work on it. Each yarn has its own beautiful colour, quality and role to play to enhance the carpet’s exquisiteness.

When we investigate the depth of the weaving, we can discover that the lengthwise yarns, which are called the warp ends, are the ones, which are held under high tension during the entire process of weaving. And the warp yarn must be strong to hold the pattern in place.

Our life on earth is similar to a carpet. The Guru, Higher energies and God play the role of a weaver....

http://thesvas.com/2013/10/happy-navratri/

In Navratris, when we collectively & swiftly whirl
- while half bended, almost 66 and half degree,
- on our axis, the feet,
- around the purifying fire, the sun,
- on perfectly rhyme and rhythm of action & movements, glorifying divinity,
- we can be transgressed into the oneness of the Maa, Mother Earth's energies.

In the rhymed words and verses of the devotional and glorying songs, garbas, kirtans and bhajans - there is collectiveness of 'thought

patterns', and in the perfectly rhythm of the instruments - there is collectiveness of the timings, actions and the movements - due to

which the higher energies around us may descend and transgress us from one consciousness to other.

So if the energies are positive, praiseworthy, joyous and surrendered-full, the name, fame, health, wealth, happiness, humanity,

education, bhakti the spirituality, shakti - the light, love and power is by-product of the life.

So lets be 'Maa - earth' and receive the transgressing energies form the higher beings, the divine intelligence.

Happy Navratris to All of Us

One should never stop trying. What we need to do is ‘stop expecting’.

In spiritual prosperity we need to practice good character & virtues. Others may not have or be of same wavelength. But we should not avoid being good.

Ganpatti Bappa Morya….

The, recent times – active divinity, the Ganpatti Bappa, also symbolizes the Spirtu-O-Prosperity,

When we invite & invoke the Bappa’s, the Supreme energies, collectively, it descends within us and offers us as the Prasad ‘the sweet modak like’ auspicious and pure – healthy prosperity, ‘the Riddhi & Siddhi’.

Provided of course, we consciously immerse ourselves into the divine good energies and – let go (‘Visarjan’),
our ‘Ahamkar’, the selfish ego of me & mine,
‘kaam – vasna’, the lust,
‘krodh’, the anger’,
‘moh, the desires’,
‘lobh’ the greed,
‘shatruta, the enmity’,
hatred,
vengeance,
non-forgiveness,
all types of Negative tendencies and attitudes,

AND come out as more ‘Purified’ Being.
