Hi everyone!

Since there are so many awesome people here working with social media, I would like to ask a question that has been bothering me.
I am currently handling 7 social media accounts for well known brands, in order to keep things organized I am using monthly content plans; however, one problem I have when I am doing the plan is that I felt that social media has somehow becomes to systematic and too solid.
So my question is... Which is better? Monthly content plans? Or Real-Time posting?
Fell free to join in and discuss, I am curious on how the rest of you work on your accounts. :)

Thanks for the input, 2 weeks plan sounds good! However, will it be too time consuming since I am handling 7 accounts?

General Discussion  -

To all my Community Manager friends here, I have a problem and appreciate if you can provide your valuable advise.
I am currently working in a small agency, handling several Facebook Pages for well-knowm brands. One problem I always faced is the fact that whenever I ask my client servicing team to request product-related information from client, the information always come back slow. Not just that, there are also many discussion between the client servicing team and client regarding the Facebook pages which I am unaware of. I have requested the CS team to keep me in the loop yet they rejected my request, saying that its "not their way of work".
So my question is, to effective build Social Media accounts for brands, should I as the Social Media Community Manager always be in the loop? Appreciate your advices. :-)

Hi all, need all your valuable advices...
I am a Social Media Community Manager, however I am facing a problem as the client servicing team rarely involves me when they discuss the social media account (which I am managing) with client. My question is, isn't it a common practice for Community Managers to work closely with client for an effective branding in Social Media? Looking forward for your advices!
