We recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile, because we were paying a ridiculous amount for service through Verizon, and T-mobile had a much better deal.

The actual phone and data service through T-mobile has been great. Unlimited data is pretty fantastic, and our bill is about $70 less per month. No complaints at all there.

T-mobile's customer service however, has been a total disaster. Confusion and disorganization abounds, at all levels. The people at the local store gave us bad/conflicting information in a number of areas, and calling T-mobile's support number was no different. No one that we've spoken to with this company seems to know what the hell is going on, with anything.

I've been trying to cash in on a promotion that we were told was part of the deal, two months ago. I've called several numbers, spoken with a variety of people locally and with their main support line, and no one seemed to know exactly which promotion I was talking about.

Today I was finally informed that the promotion is expired, and there is nothing they can do for me, even though it's their fault that we couldn't get the promotion before it expired.

Got the frames cut out for the side walls. Tomorrow I start on the exterior of those walls, get them glued to the frames and then get the insulation put in.

The teardrop floor, and cutting the center piece for the passenger side sidewall. That piece is going to be carved up and used as the frame for the wall. Having a good router with a combo guide bit made this process go really fast, and made for a nice, easy cut.
