The institute of official cheer is, I think, worth the time. The gobbler brought tears to my eyes.

We've been shopping for costumes for our short films a lot lately. This is the God's Honest Truth.  All we can find, usually, is "Sexy-Artist,"  "Sexy-Toga," "Sexy-Viking." ... "Sexy Victorian Woman Costume?" Really?

Something we know intuitively!  Next question: what's the best spacing of the testing?  Is it a time factor, or a "unit" of information?

Some years ago, I was at a barber shop and on the muted TV was the movie "Fun with Dick and Jane".  The movie had been closed captioned. The text at the bottom of the screen appeared to have been run through a search-and-replace to remove offensive words, one of which was 'dick', which had been replaced by 'jerk'.

What was supposed to be a somewhat light-hearted movie about a professional couple turning to a zany life of crime after the loss of a job, had been turned into something much darker -- in particular an abusive relationship where the wife referred to her husband as "jerk" even while fawning affection.

During the short time getting my hair cut, I began to see that the wife was projecting her disappointment with herself onto her hapless husband who, in desperation to please his beautiful wife, had turned to armed robbery.

I can't help but think of footbinding every time I see someone tottering around in high heels now. Every fashion show, every time I walk down a city street.  I just can't unsee it.  Why is this considered normal for women?

For LADIES: Do you like to wear High Heels?

 Then please read this
Prolonged wearing of high heels can cause a permanent damages like bunions, hammertoes, leg tendons.. This are mainly caused due to pressure on ball of the foot. The higher the heels, the greater is the pressure. This can also affect the knee and back.So on wearing high heels continuously you are increasingly damaging you feet.If you love your health be cautious

How to increase bus riders.  More joy.

Wait for the bus in style with 21 Balançoires, an art installation in Montreal that keeps you occupied and perhaps warm as you swing to ambient music. I suppose that's one way to work off that poutine gut ;)
