So, I left Christmas shopping to the last minute (almost!), but it's okay because +UncommonGoods has a bunch of beautiful and fun items that my family will love.

We are deep in to the college search with my high school senior. Here are some of the questions we had (and answered) before we started narrowing down the choices and visiting schools:

We've been testing out +Forbrain  for the past couple of months and have had an interesting experience. My daughter (9, with sensory processing issues) absolutely loves this device and finds it helps her with her reading lessons. She says she "can hear things right" with it.  If  you have a child that struggles with speech issues, #SPD #ADHD or learning differences, this product may be of interest.

#Homeschooling math has always made me a little nervous, especially at the high school level. I've been looking for a program to keep my kids on track with math over the summer - without making them miserable. Two of my girls are loving +LearnBop  (including my #highschoolhomeschool daughter. You can read my review below:

Do you use literature studies in your #homeschool ? Cuddling up on the couch with my little one and a great book is one of my favorite things about homeschooling.
This past month we've been reading The Courage of Sarah Noble, while reviewing the Second Grade Literature set from +Memoria Press  . We loved using their study guide to enhance the experience.

I think I've finally found a painless high school math curriculum for my ‬ teen. +Demme Learning offers a highly visual and concise #homeschool curriculum for geometry.
