Caution:
Avoid damaging the lock ring. Use only J-45722 to prevent damage to the lock ring.
Note:
Do NOT use impact tools. Significant force will be required to release the lock ring. The
use of a hammer and screwdriver is not recommended. Secure the fuel tank in order to

generated by handling the fuel pipes could damage the joints.
9. Slowly raise the module until the fuel level sensor float arm is just visible.
Note:
When removing the module from the fuel tank, be aware that the module reservoir bucket
is full of fuel. The module must be tipped slightly during removal to avoid bending the

clear the tank opening. Remove the module from the tank.
11. Carefully discard the fuel in the module reservoir bucket into an approved fuel
container.
12. Remove and discard the fuel tank module О-ring seal.
Image
Note:
* Some lock rings were manufactured with "DO NOT REUSE" stamped into them.
These lock rings may be reused if they are not damaged or warped.
* Inspect the lock ring for damage due to improper removal or installation
procedures. If damage is found, install a NEW lock ring.
* Check the lock ring for flatness.
13. Place the lock ring on a flat surface. Measure the clearance between the lock ring
and the flat surface using a feeler gauge at 7 points.
14. If warpage is less than 0.41 mm (0.016 in), the lock ring does not require replacement.
15. If warpage is greater than 0.41 mm (0.016 in), the lock ring must be replaced.
Installation Procedure
Image
1. Install a NEW fuel tank module О-ring seal onto the fuel tank.
Note:

sensor float arm.
2. Tilt the module toward the rear of the fuel tank to allow the fuel level sensor float

I am the Owner of 24 Hour Mobile Mechanics. I want everyone to know this guy who wrote a review about my company was never a customer. he is from a foreign country. From all the reviews stem from a week ago and most have ic at the end of the last name.
Stefan Mitrovic, Boban Nedeljkovic, Goran Jovanovic, and some are hidden behind a nickname, such as bootle cap, memar89, limanball.

Supposedly these are truckers on US roads attacking the good people who help others.

I believe this is the result of MILOS MEMAROVIC a customer I helped get back on the road.

We were called out to assist a trucker who was broke down on 44 westbound in Missouri. We brought water to get trucker to the nearest exit. After driving 45 min we arrived and proceeded with the diagnosis of a water leak. We found upper radiator hose had a split in it. We poured the water we had and Milos was able to get to truck stop. We proceeded to call for parts to look for an upper hose around 11:30 pm Friday night. We called Springfield, MO Volvo and they were closed and would not reopen til Monday. Called Peterbilt, Kenworth, and a bunch of other trucking companies to get this upper hose. Then we called Gateway Volvo in illness, they did not have it in stock and would have to be ordered and would take 2 days to arrive. Time 12:15 am. still searching. found one in Troy, Illinois. We gave the estimate to MILOS MEMAROVIC he accepted. We even asked why don't you wait til Monday, he said he had a load that must be delivered and can not wait. Well, folks, I have 6 reviews and all a week ago from noncustomers. We charge 160.00 to come out and includes first half hour. The phone calls to try to locate a 65.00 hose took awhile. Remember it is late on a Friday night when most businesses are closed. My wife and I went out of our way, like we do for all our customers, to get Milos back on the road. We charge $3.25 a mile one way to pick up parts and the price is on our website. Our fee and covers gas and time. Troy Il. is 135 miles to get parts from the trucks location. I showed Milos the Google Maps direction indicated 135 miles to a parts store. And this parts store charges a $75.00 fee to open the store back up and sell me parts.

1. COOLANT LEAK
Tech Report:

UPPER RADIATOR HOSE 1 @ $65.00(T)

ANTI FREEZE 6 @ $14.00(T) $84.00

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FEE 1 @ $120.00

RADIATOR HOSE R & R $27.80

MILEAGE FEE FOR PARTS 135 Miles @ $3.25 $438.50

LATE FEE FOR PART PICK UP this is a charge the Parts store charges me to have someone go back to store and open it up $75.00

So I ask Everyone What Have I done so bad to deserve this treatment for helpingMilos get back on the road. I DID NOT BREAK MILOS ARM AND MAKE HIM PAY ME.

My rates are very cheap compared to most Mobile Mechanics. Loves Charges $70.00 and hour plus $3.75 mile both ways to get parts are to even come to your truck.

Bootle CAP!! I CHALLENGE YOU !!! SHOW ME AN INVOICE THAT STATES THAT YOU USED OUR COMPANY BEFORE???

AND THIS GOES FOR:
Stefan Mitrovic, Boban Nedeljkovic, Goran Jovanovic, and limanball.
