I made an app for Google Wear, specifically the Samsung Gear Live. I'd like some feedback on the idea.
The basic idea is that when you measure your heart rate, you also want to record the reason why you're measuring it.
I released a public beta to Play at this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.l6n.hn This app will only install to a paired Wear device if the host device is running L Preview
And that's an assumption on my part because I don't have such a device.
If you want to install the Wear app manually to your watch, please download it from here: http://dev.l6n.org/apk/HeartbeatNote-0.1.1-wear.apk
This app records a note at the same time as the heart rate.
When the note is recorded, if there's still no heart rate measurement it'll try for up to 30 seconds longer to get a measurement.
It uses Parse.com as the database, which means that it can sync to a backend, and if you choose to login with Facebook you can view your measurements on other devices.
Later I could add a web app to view the data.
It registers for the "record note" and "measure heart rate" actions on the watch, although I don't know if that's working.
So far the UI is a bit developer-ish, but I think it works functionally.
Please give it a try!https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.l6n.hn
