a progression of yolk from my burnt end hash this morning, so darn good. Very rich and decadent, it would definitely be a once in a long while breakfast. Maybe on a cold winters day.

Holy crap, I just lost all access to my buster rhino's stuff from youtube, google+... everything. I don't even know how, or why. What the hell do I do to get it back, anyone know how to get hold of google, or do they even care?

This is what we cooked at Buster Rhino's downtown Oshawa last night. How amazing is this, fresh gator north of the great lakes. It was slow smoked on a Traeger for about 5 hours. It was a 5' long gator, wrapped in bacon and tasty as hell.

The idea behind the show The Black List is really solid, too bad the acting is just sooo incredibly bad for the most part. Effects are second rate, I have seem better effects on youtube videos made by amateurs. Just too bad.

Just smoked a whole bunch of chicken breasts, they taste just outrageously good. On a nice fresh kaiser roll and some of our amazing mild sauce. So good.

What is the dessert special tonight you ask, well, let me explain, we take the amazing mars bar, then gently smoke it for you, we then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, honestly it's an amazing dessert, smoked chocolate rocks.
