At Dunedin Lanes, we serve hundreds of customers each week and strive to provide the best possible experience. When we receive negative complaints, we immediately research the issue to see where we may have failed to provide superior service. In this case, we feel compelled to respond as the reviewer did not tell the complete story. In the past three weeks, we replaced the majority of our rental shoes. Additionally, we spray the shoes with disinfectant EVERY time they are returned. The reviewer also stated that they were in the 5th frame of the game when the lane turned off. Upon reviewing the print out of the lane, it clearly shows that they bowled and completed 2 games each.
We have no issue receiving and resolving complaints in situations where we dropped the ball, but it is clear to us that this reviewer was more interested in trying to tarnish our online reputation than telling the truth.
