Kelly R Hall, IOM, CCE, IOM (Longview) is President for the Longview Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts and Science degrees in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1984, Hall joined the Chamber profession in 1986. On April 18, 2005 Kelly began as President of the Partnership. Since Halls arrival the Longview Partnership has received the re-certification of the Urban Main Street Program, developed and implemented the branding process, instrumental in the reorganization of Keep Longview Beautiful and 100 Acres of Heritage, certification as a Keep America Beautiful community, developed and increased contracts for Community Development, Convention and Visitors Bureau and Main Street. Additional accomplishments include increased membership revenue by 19.61%, the redevelopment of two websites and the development of two new websites the organization manages, and significant increase in advocacy on behalf the membership. Her most recent accomplishment is the development and implementation of the first non-subscriber chamber health plan in the State of Texas.
Hall has served on several association boards including the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, Texas Festival Events Association Board of Directors, Texas Association of Business and currently serves on the Center for Chamber Excellence Regional Board of Directors (AR, OK, LA, TX, KS), Leadership Texas Committee of the Board as the East Texas Regional Director, and Western Association of Chambers of Commerce Foundation Board.
Hall is a member of ZONTA, LMFA, and serves on the Executive Board for Junior Achievement and is the chair of the Women’s Build fundraising committee.
