Project Management Forum presents...

Benefits Identification and Realization
Hosted by Rob Thomas

Participate in the webinar at: https://bluejeans.com/397537296

"Nowadays people know the price of everything, and the value of nothing." Oscar Wilde - The Picture of Dorian Gray
Most people are not interested in how cars work, but they are interested in getting to their destination safely and comfortably. The same goes for information technology. People are not interested in how computers, software and networks work. Rather, in how they can use these tools to do new and interesting things or make their lives easier. It is up to the technology providers to help people understand, in terms that matter to them, the value of the technology they use.

The Project Management Forum is a monthly virtual event dedicated to sharing and growing project management knowledge across ITS. Everyone interested in improving their project management, leadership, and strategic management skills is invited to attend. Apply what you learn to better manage small and medium sized projects and initiatives.

ITS is taking initial steps to prepare for CTools’ retirement. Project sites, which account for nearly half of all CTools content, must be moved. Beginning March 22, ITS will pilot this migration process with sites owned by our staff. If you would like to learn more about this project, the team will host two Town Halls. This is your opportunity to learn more about the pilot and future plans, and to ask questions. The event is open to all ITS staff. More information: http://its.umich.edu/projects/ctools-project-sites
