Worst customer experience ever.!!!! i paid $700 for 7 -20 minute sessions. Besides dont give you 20 minutes long sessions ( way shorter than that) these people only book you in ridiculously times and dont explain you their booking police. You have to pay 50 dolLars every time your plans changes. They made up bookings I DID not do and wanted to charge for them. I asked to speak w management and for my surprise it was the same rude person over the phone. Anyway they robbed me one session and treatment like s (!&#^^ everything time I wanted to book sessions ..horrible place horrible service .. they only want your money

By far the worst experience I have ever had. The clinic is poorly run with rude staff. They are not willing to help, lazy and appear sloppy and unprofessional. Staff mixed up what I requested done and tried to charge me extra for their error. Staff did not inform me of ANY before and after procedures despite me asking them before hand. I highly recommend NOT going to this clinic- it is not worth it!

One of the worst places I have been too. All they want is your wallet and in return they give you attitude, ignorance and worst customer service. They have no concept of return customer. Bankrupt staff who once had their own laser clinic + worst managers ever, think they have won some beauty pageants.. all they focus on is your money. once you get into that trap then you dont get any appointments. If you cannot make that appointment you pay penalty. They don't care about why you did that. LOSER company.... PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

This is the WORST WORST CLINIC!!!! The owner and resection is very rude. They argue with customers, I was very very surprise about it. The lady who is doing laser hair removal was really unprofessional. She asked so many questions about my family and me, really personal questions. I told that I do not want to discuss about my family, but she pressed, and asked the same questions again and again!!!!! WHY I SHOULD DISCUS MY PERSONAL LIFE WITH THEM????? In addition, they always do mistake with appoints days and times. I was not happy at all, and asked my money back because I paid for 8 appointments in advance and still had some left. They start to argue with me and did not give me no money and did not give me any future appointees. IT IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! CAN YOU IMAGINE IT??? I am given MY MONEY AND NO SERVICE AND NO MONEY BACK! I read the reviews about them, and a lot was very bad, but I thought to give them a chance. IT WAS BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!

I did not even want to give this place one star. I have dealt with very rude customer service not only by reception but with management/ co partners. I have never EVER dealt with such bad customer service in my life. The technicians rush through your appointment (full legs 5 mins.. Really?) and provide you with false information. From technician to technician I was given different information regarding my progre which was VERY minimal (10 % maybe) difference and I had been going for two years. I do not trust a word that comes out of their mouth and all they do is shove promotions and special one time offers down your throat. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! Wow, front desk was absolutely useless! I tried booking an appointment and they told me i had to first pay a 100 dollars for a "no show" fee. First of all, i called in advance to cancel my last appointment when i had to and they mentioned nothing about this fee until i tried to book another appointment. Also, it's amazing how the "no show" fee is more than the 4 treatments i paid for all together. So she told me i wouldn't be able to use the remaining three sessions until i paid my 100 dollars. Ridiculous! Meanwhile they made me wait 45 minutes for my first session because they over booked!!!! Wow, no consideration for service, or respect for people's time. Despite all the bad reviews, I gave this clinic a shot until this happened. I would urge everyone to save you time and money and never ever go here!!! I wish i listened and never stepped into this clinic. They do not deserve to be in business and I'm pretty sure they won't be for much longer. The clinic is just out there for your money! Stay away!!!

Horrible place, front reception is unprofessional and rude. Difficult to book an appointment. They get you in and out like cattle and in turn your treatment is poorly done. Don't waste waste your time or money.

I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. It has been utterly frustrating dealing with this clinic. I have scheduled appointment and still needed to wait up to 50 minutes to be seen. I have had to wait around for every appointment. They overbook and have everyone waiting. At one of my appointment, the technician was very rough, placed the setting too high, and I ended up getting burned. My arm pits felt like they were on fire. The owner/manager/receptionist insisted that it couldn't have happened at her clinic, but I when i showed her the pictures she didn't have anything to say; not even an apology. I received my last appointment confirmation by email. When I tried to email back, no on answered. I called the office and left 2 messages to reschedule. No one answered, nor did they return the call. I think the fact that they already have my money from the Groupon makes them think they can treat me badly. Very poor service. Lesson learned: check feedback before buying groupons.
