- Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) as chemistChemist for federal government.
I started reading science and chemistry books at age 8 that I got from the library. I graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia-- the only high school in the country that gives its graduates an honorary Bachelor of Arts degree (granted by an Act of Assembly in 1849). While in high school I did volunteer work in the bacteriology lab of Germantown Hospital, developing slides to diagnose cancer. When I was 14 years old, I went to Japan for 3 weeks for a Boy Scouts World Jamboree. After touring Japan, we camped at the base of Mt. Fuji. After I got back my mother was visiting a friend and bringing in her Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper when she saw a picture of me on the cover of it.
I was on the Central H.S. gymnastics team. At age 16, I won 2nd place (kumite-- fighting) in the junior division of the Northeast United States Karate Championships in Reading, PA. My karate teacher was Tom Updegrove, who now owns the Martial Posture Studio in Philadelphia. He came to my Bar Mitzva (Jewish rite of passage) when I was 13 years old. I attended Drexel University and worked as a chemist for the U.S. federal government at the Defense Personnel Support Center.
I have been doing yoga since age 12 and have been doing a meditation called Self-Knowledge since age 20. I have spent many years learning about nutrition, health, diet, fitness, psychology, yoga, happiness, anthropology, meditation, herbs and ecology. I studied herbology under Sharon Farnsworth and built a very large downline group in an MLM or network marketing company selling Chinese herbal formulas. I have been a distributor in an MLM company with Herbs from the Amazon Rainforest for 12 years. They have a delicious drink with camu camu fruit that contains 30 times the vitamin C content of oranges, acai, cacao (unprocessed chocolate), cinnamon and dragons blood (sangre de drago). I have many articles on many websites on the internet.
