Story

I use the natural curves of Nature to design a piece.
Introduction
This is Deb (Jack's blessed wife) writing.  We look for local discarded lumber and reclaim it for Jack to turn on his lathe and handcraft wood art items including bowls, vases and more.  Some pieces include wooden inlays somewhat resembling those in Marquetry, but on a smaller level.

Jack says that he obtains his ideas from Nature's intricate curves.  The wood tells him what it wants to be.

Please come visit our eBay store, The Heart of the Wood.  Deb is trying to list at least one of Jack's pieces every day.  We appreciate your interest and welcome your suggestions!

This was broadcast 49 years ago.  Amazing how true it is, even moreso today.  Sad,  We can stand up and speak for what is right, true, good, pure, of good report, if there be any virtue or be any praise - speak of these things.  Let us not be intimidated by the status quo.  -

Wow, Matt!  All of your work is captivating, and the water color & mixed media "Dibaba the Destroyer" is especially so.  Looking forward to following your gallery and your pages.

sorry, but have to listen to later because my speaker wires seem to be misfiring ...  .  Sound goes on & off.  This webinar appears to be very practical & helpful in engaging more followers.

Will be reading the slides and turn off the speakers.
