Nope-Nope and Nope! I received a Groupon from my children for Mother's Day in May. It took 2 months to get in then I showed up and they could not give me the massage and they literally told me I should get my money back from Groupon. I gave them another chance, finally had the massage but again they re-scheduled my facial. Vey poorly run and not professional at all!

I bought for us a massage and facial groupon. We called to make an appointment and they can't even get us in for the entire groupon on the same day. They scheduled us in April for our facial and in June after the expiration date which they will still honor for our massage. The groupon states "for themselves or AS A COUPLE our clients want to be pampered" and they can't even get us in at the same time and I bought this groupon for us to go together and get this done together. They are scheduling us back to back meaning one has to wait an hour while the other one gets theirs done and then the next person has to wait an hour while the other person gets done FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS. So now the gift is completely ruined. We will have to eat our chocolates and drink our wine by ourselves while we sit and wait by ourselves. The groupon is very misleading and apparently the massage therapist doesn't even work on Friday and Saturdays! How are you going to sell and then continue to sell this groupon when you clearly don't have the time or the staff to honor it completely and correctly? It's completely ridiculous to sell a product specifying couples and not even be able to get us in together.

Even though the staff is friendly and the place is clean the mani/pedi was very underwhelming . Pedi: 60 min? It was really only 30 min. I did not get a proper exfoliation (rubbed the side of my foot twice with her fingertips before rinsing ) and no treatment masque as advertised. I still have rough spots on my feet. Mani: 45min? Honestly, it was more like 15min. My hands were not even soak so it hurt when they pushed the cuticle dry. My nail polish had bubbles right after leaving the building, it chipped a few hours after and again no exfoliation or treatment masque for your hands. This super basic mani/pedi is not worth $104. Not recommended at all.

I had my first facial done at Colleen & Company the other day. I had gotten a living social as a gift from a girlfriend and they took it with no problems at all. I have never had one before so I had no idea what to expect. My facial was AMAZING!!! It was so relaxing and my therapist was so nice, I would definitely recommend this place for a facial anytime.

Not worth iT. the lady that did my nails did a great job but I was very disappointed in the whole place. It was dusty and they didn't have that great of a nail polish selection. I was drying my pedi underneath the light thing and had it go for 12 minutes like the women told me to do. I went to take the foam things they put in between my toes, off and my nail polish smeared off. Obviously the nail polish dryer wasn't working that well. All other nail salons I've been to this has never happened and my nail polish has dried within 12 minutes. I didn't realize my nail polish wasn't dried until after I smeared iT. I ended up paying and walking out. I could have had them fix it but it wasn't worth it. Once i got home I took the nail polish off and redid it. Never going back. Rip off. Theyre overly priced for the poor quality You get.

Had 1/2 price coupon for a microdermabrasion. In there for 10 minutes! Big rip off! Spent $50!

Purchased the Groupon for $79 for massage/mani/pedi/wine/chocolate. The massage was fine, although the room is up a flight of narrow stairs. The therapist was did not have a ton of personality and did not seem to know how to end a massage. She just opened the door and said "you're done". The mani/pedi was HORRIBLE! I had Shannon, who performed the worst nail experience I've ever had (and I've had many at different salons around town). The pedicure came first and she was so rough with the cuticles, scrub and massage that it was painful. She did not offer the wine while I was in the chair, although the women next to me, who had the heavily tattoed technician was also on a Groupon and was sipping her wine. We next went to the manicure station and again, no relaxation at all -- all very rough handling on her part. The worst part is that there were two fingers that had bubbles on my hand immediately after her manicure and less than 24 hours afterwards, FIVE of my fingers had chipped! I felt this was a waste of my time and money and frankly, not what was advertised at Groupon. As I said, the massage was fine, but Shannon's work product was horrendous. I would never go back here, even if the services were offered for free.

I used a Groupon for a 60 min facial with Latrice on Friday evening. Latrice was on time, respectful and had a pleasant manner. She focused extensively on massage of my face, neck, upper chest as she steamed and applied products. She also did some extractions but I believe I needed more and maybe a bit less massage. However, it was extremely relaxing and I felt transported. The products they use are very aromatic. I did a $10. upgrade for application of product which had Vit C, mild exfoliant. The facial room had good atmosphere. The bed was very cozy and warm. This was my first visit. I would return with Lucia.
