Was a patient of previous dentist owner (Kimberly Caldwell) and called this office for my dental records, which are legally my property. This office claimed Caldwell took them to California then when I called Caldwell in California, they told me this office had them. I had my current dentist call both offices and they keep passing the buck back and forth from one another. Something sketchy has gone on here and I'd be very very wary of doing business with this practice. I can't speak to the doctor's efficacy or qualifications but a dental practice is more than just how well they fill your teeth. The business practices of this office are questionable at best and have been dismissive and rude to deal with. Be warned.

Although I had a nice cleaning, I did not care for the dentist, and I was told I had several cavities when I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months religiously, and have excellent dental home care. I have never had a cavity as an adult. I was high pressured into getting at least some fillings done that day because they "could get worse overnight." But I declined and I decided to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. No recommended fillings. Beware!

my first visit to a dentist in chicago and not bad. everyone is overly nice and helpful (but that must be a chicago thing :). everything about my insurance, my x-rays, and my dental situation (not a pretty one) was explained to me clearly. most importantly - it didn't hurt a thing. thanks

Do not go here. 1) FYI they give you a discount for posting good reviews online. 2) A dentist that offers you multiple cleaning/dental upgrade options is amazingly capitalist, a trait i admire, however not a quality i look for in a health care professional, imho. 3) When my dentist left the practice I tried to move my xrays- $300 charge for sending digital media via email. Filed a complaint with the state and they said that while this was exceptionally high, it was technically legal to cover their costs of printing. 4) They signed me up for follow on appointments 6 months down the road- thanks, but no thanks.

I love this office. Have been going there for a number of years since Dr. Caldwell was there. The office is very flexible when setting payment plans. They always let me know up front the how much services will be. Everyone is super nice too, which helps when I am getting a more prolonged or difficult procedure.

Very subpar. I am writing this review a bit late, I visited in January 2012. Had a filling put in, and while the dentist was drilling aggressively, he hit something that made me nearly jump out of my chair. Eleven months and numerous sporadic but terrible toothaches later, I now need a root canal. In the future, I will do more research and find a dentist with much more experience and care under his belt. Seems everyone in this office is on the younger side, and it may be this lack of tenure/experience that may have contributed to the terrible filling and numerous toothaches I've endured since visiting. One plus is that everyone in the office is very friendly. But I wouldn't trust them to do any more dental work on me in the futuer.

going to this dentists is a starbucks experience: amazing service, no pain, LCDs take your mind of where you are. yes, they are a little more expensive then others, but the extra you getting is worth it.
