I will be in Copenhagen for the summer. If their is interest in a DK meeting we can discuss two hot topics:

: The KrioRus ICO. I have been doing a lot of research with respect to immutable identity info on the blockchain.
I have suggested to KrioRus that some of the money from the Cryogen ICO should be put into organization of new cryonics supporting communities, particularly in the old E. Germany. The institutional framework suggested in:

could be replaced and accelerated using a crypto-coin. A recent article on the crypto-cryonics conjunction:

: It is time to update the “cradle to grave” welfare state claim to “provisional birth certificate to cryonics suspension.” The framework is outlined in a new document, which I need comments upon:

Reducing Sexual Harassment:
Heart-to-Heart Software Suite
(Preliminary Proposal: Do not Cite or Quote)

ABSTRACT

Humans are highly social beings and meet for various reasons. However, every meeting involves risks. Smartphone-based Internet technologies can decrease the risks and increase the benefits of group interaction. Heart-to-Heart achieves this by integrating both automatic and manual conflict resolution procedures into group interaction processes. Detailed reputational information, only available with Internet-based technologies, allows timely invocation of such procedures. The information security available with these technologies permits sensitive personal data to be employed, while revealing only what is needed for decision making.

The development of intimate relationships typically requires that the sensitivity of information exchanged gradually increases as physical approach proceeds. Two privacy-preserving algorithms are introduced. One provides failsafe “flirting” that ensures that consent is obtained before personal boundaries are crossed. The other resolves conflicts that may occur during verbal negotiation. A failure of automatic conflict resolution triggers the involvement of other users that may mediate disputes.

The distributed surveillance of infectious agents in Heart-to-Heart helps users inhibit their spread. The burden of infectious disease undermines women’s equality, because women are overrepresented in care giving roles. Inequality increases when involvement in these roles limits educational and workplace participation. Thus, over the long term, reduction in infectious disease improves women’s equality and thereby reduces sexual harassment.
