What do you think? Speak to ministers/pastors before they preach? I know many who mingle around and get distracted right before service, others who wait in a robe room, and others who greet people on the front steps. What's your congregation's practice?
Many times pastors get very distracted and even discouraged when someone speaks to them right before they preach.
