High quality hotel at a reasonable price. They have 1 bedroom suites too which are hard to find in Manhattan. Was great with my family.

Stayed in July 2013. Really great location, easy access to Times Square, but not so noisy. Great room, if a little small (but hell its NYC, what do you want?). Very clean, and a great breakfast each morning. The roof top access is unique, and offers an amazing view of the city. Once I have the chance, I will be going back.

Nice, clean rooms. Got a kitchenette too. Nice to have a fridge and microwave for carryout. AC was a bit noisy but drowned out the street noise. Employees are very friendly. The breakfast is OK, but there are plenty of diners close by for a real breakfast.

Great location with views of the New York Times building from my 14th floor room. The hotel is a bit touristy (I was there for business), but right in the middle of the action and I would recommend it for a first time visit to the Big Apple. The hotel has complementary breakfast buffet (i didn't take advantage) and a happy hour from 5-7pm with free beer, wine and light munchies. The happy hour was very crowded a nice touch and good bargain for budget-conscious travelers. The room was clean, with a min-kitchenette - a microwave, fridge and coffee/tea bar in the lobby.

Room was perfect. Modern, clean. King size bed, nice shower. Kitchenette was nice too. Fitness center was legit, as was the breakfast (full breakfast). Elevators sucked. Took add long as 20 minutes to get an elevator, otherwise I would rate it 4 stars.

For the price and location (a bit touristy for a repeat visitor like me, but perfect if the city's attractions and shopping are what you're there for), this hotel is really good. The room's aren't huge or particularly well designed, but very clean and full of utilities; I didn't use the kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob but they'd be invaluable for a long trip, and the views from my room on the 20th floor were stunning. Friendly, knowledgable staff, and don't forget the 5-7pm Happy Hour in the lobby (free wine and snacks) and free breakfast buffet.
