My Dean at Brooklyn Law School and where law and law schools are heading:
Turns out that Nick Allard was a kind of stealth appointment as dean of Brooklyn Law School in 2012. Not that he or the law school's board of trustees planned it that way. A consummate Washington, D.C., lawyer and lobbyist – Allard was for more than 20 years a partner at Latham & Watkins and ...

On the coattails of presidential support and possible regulations from the Federal Communications Commission, Net Neutrality makes its way back into public

net neutrality = patriot act = national defense authorization act.

it is labeled to provide a name that is feel good sounding.

look inside the legislation, profuse hundreds of pages will hide details that show the true intent of the corporate and nsa lobbyists who are intent on passing it.

oh but wait for the people that say to 'trust' the government. and who chide those like myself who give pause for doubt and critical thought as 'conspiracy theorists'. the president of the united states before this passed the patriot act, the one after the ndaa.

the internet , like the american public does not need NEW or MORE laws. LAWMAKING is the problem. LAWMAKING IS CORRUPT.
the romans had this same problem as have numerous republics . a famous roman said;
The more corrupt the republic, the more numerous the laws. ~Tacitus, Annals.

net neutrality LAWS are corruption in disguise of law.

the problem is the corruption, not the lack of laws. the laws are the method by which corruption is effectuated.

+Dazza Greenwood I'm generally disappointed with all of  ALM's tech. Very surprising to hear you say that... and maybe I'll give them a second chance.
