I didn't invent this fast-twitch, full-body combo, but I dig it. Nothing wrong with the basic burpee, which is what I usually use - but its also fun & productive to combine movements, add weight or just vary it. Optimum mobility & full range-of-motion are what I train for most these days. All my scar tissue is working for me/with me and 100% fit for all my sports + everything random that I get asked to do on shoot-day, which runs the gamut!
